Product inquiry
- If you have any questions about our products shoot us a message on our contact us page and we’ll be happy to assist.
Whipped Body Butter
- Due to the all natural nature of this product please store it in a cool place.
- Due to any shipping delays or temperature changes the product may melt in transit. Please refrigerate to solidify the product.
Waist beads
- Please refer to our waist beads page for any questions referring to sizing, placement or how to tie your beads. Click here
Issue with product
- Please contact us if you have any problems or issues with our product so we can resolve the issue.
Patch Test
- We are all beautifully diverse people and although our products are natural we advise you to do a small patch test on your skin for any topical product. To do so use a small amount of product on a patch of skin, wait 10-15 minutes if skin irritation occurs discontinue use.
Returns/Refunds
How do I return an order
- Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Orders
Order Confirmation
- You will receive and email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us at customersupport@nkirubeaute.com if you do not receive an email. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it.
Order inquiry
- For any questions about an order send us a message on our contact us page. Be sure to include the order number in the message
Processing
- Order processing takes 2-3 business days after an order is placed. You will be notified of any delays or changes via email. Any order placed outside of normal business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Change order
- If you notice an mistake or error on order (ex: wrong address) please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order or email us at customersupport@nkirubeaute.com.

Shipping
How soon will my order ship out
- Order processing takes 2-3 business days after an order is placed. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order is ready and has been shipped. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it.
- We do not ship on weekends or major holidays
Change of address on a order
- Please contact us immediately if your shipping address is incorrect.
- Once you have received a shipping confirmation email no address changes can be made.
Track my order
- Once a shipping label has been generated you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information
Lost, Late, or Damaged Package
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- If your tracking shows the package as delivered and you haven't received it, contact USPS to file a claim. Please contact us if you need assistance with filing a claim with your courier.
- If your package is late please allow 4-5 business days before contacting us. Please note that due to Covid-19 pandemic there may be shipping delays
Where do we ship
- We ship in the USA.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or (APO/FPO/DPO)
- We do not ship internationally at this time but stay tuned
