Our blend can be used two ways: as a yoni steam or a bath soak.
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add water to a heat resistant bowl. Add 1 cup of herbs to water and let herbs steep for 5 minutes. Position yourself comfortably above the bowl wrapping yourself with a towel/garment to keep the steam in. Adjust position if steam is too hot. Steam for 30- 45 minutes
